Predictions for the 2021-22 season

The Avalanche after another strong week is on top alone and are the favorites to win the Cup. The Panthers are not too far behind and then there is quite a gap to the Maple Leafs in third. The Flames got back on track and have their last four and are the second favorite to win the Cup.

The Golden Knights have played better lately but it seems to little too late. They have about a 40% probability of making the playoffs.

Power ranking

The Flames are back on top but the Avalanche is right behind. The Lightnings are not doing too well in 13 position in the power ranking. I would not dismiss them right away as a Cup contender. The Hurricanes have slipped to 5th place after playing so-so in the last 10 games.
